ICT rich

Fantastic I love Sara post on ICT rich learning and how it should not just be used for whole class instruction using computer applications loosely tied to shallow content but be integrated into the learning experience to enhance the content. The report that Sara refers to was intriguing and lead me to research this further, in my search I found this article on how to recognise and measure engagement in ICT-rich learning environments this article supports the document that Sara found in that the use of ICT needs to incorporated into the lesson not just an add on. The article stresses that students need to be engaged to learn and that the use of ICTs to enhance the learning of the students could be critical to that engagement. This engagement is what David seems to be stressing in his lectures as well.
